protein pack are enclosed with the salad box. This is the first food by an online restaurant to be displaying complete nutritional values according to standards. These nutrition values are calculated on the basis of ingredients used and obtained from NCCDB and USDA. To get the most of this salad just have 2 eggs breakfast in morning and any meal in the dinner with no more than 1 serving of bread (1 roti). Any added sugar products, fatty products eg bakery items, fried items, oily items will have to be avoided. A glass of water is recommended in every hour excluding the hour of having meals.
