Description

Give yourself a nutrition boost through a layered salad containing 14 vegetables and 26 ingredients altogether. Consuming this eliminates worries of taking nutrition diet required for muscle gain and weight lifting. Other than providing you almost full necessary nutrition values ,this salad helps you gain muscles as its high in nutrition values and protein.A sauce pack and 100 gram protein pack are enclosed with the salad box.This is the first food by an online restaurant to be displaying complete nutritional values according to standards. These nutrition values are calculated on the basis of ingredients used and obtained from NCCDB and USDA. This is half of the weight loss salad and thus it has half benefits as of regular size.

Ingredients: Tuna or Chicken , Eggs, Tomato, corn, lemon, onion, cucumber, lettuce, dill, iceberg, beetroot, spinach, capsicum, mint, radish, red cabbage, broccoli, chickpeas, red beans, olives, olive oil, mushroom, jalapeno, bread and butter sweet chips, mixed pickle, curd mustard sauce, cottage cheese, garlic.
